About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client experience by delivering ontime schedules, campaign posts, schedule maintenance (makegoods), renegotiations and wrap reports to our clients.
- Collaborate with key internal team/stakeholders (Tempo, Creative Services, News, Promotions, Programming, Creative Services, ISR, to ensure that projects execute seamlessly for our clients and community partners
- Exemplary, ethical sales support of Corus assets to with Key Agency and Direct client partners
- Fully participate and ensure success with any new Initiatives that may be introduced throughout the fiscal
- Meet deadlines as contracted and agreed upon, internally and with clients
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times and govern yourself by the Corus Values and The Corus Code of Conduct
- Participate in networking opportunities within your community (attend functions, Upfronts, local charities, etc )
- Cross support other markets as/when needed
- Positioning the Sales team as the "go to" solutions provider in the eyes of our clients and agency partners
- Support the broader team, sharing ideas and market intelligence that drives team revenues
- Assist with lead generation for potential clients
What We Need From You
- Ability to build and maintain trust with clients and internal stakeholders
- Bring passion, conviction, a winning spirit and an amazing work ethic to the sales team
- Constantly exploring ways increase knowledge and better your skillset through internal and external training resources
- Build expertise in with any or all platforms
- S4M, Wide Orbit, Salesforce, Radius, csGO, DFP to support revenue generation
- Ability to effectively communicate and develop rapport and establish strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong sense of Teamwork with ability to rally and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, brainstorm, ideate and align on client solutions
- Strong communications skills, both verbally, written and virtually
- Superior organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to excel in a fastpaced work environment that is based on team and individual effort
