SHIPPING/RECEIVING ASSISTANT (Full-time)
PRE Labs Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper/Receiver. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace, we want to hear from you

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM 03:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments, conduct damage checks, and organize stock for distribution.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management practices.
• Maintain a record of invoices sent and received.
• Fill orders by efficiently retrieving items from the warehouse and preparing them for delivery.
• Monitor and replenish shelves as needed.
• Package outgoing shipments and process shipping documents for domestic and international deliveries.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and seek clarification when needed.
• Uphold a safe working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parts shipping/receiving, with familiarity in heavy trucks, purchase orders, and data entry, is considered an asset.
• Strong observational skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Capable of regularly lifting 45 lbs. or more.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of a pallet jack is beneficial but not essential.
• Familiarity with online shipping platforms/programs is considered an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
