We are currently searching for an experienced, professional and customer focused
Construction Coordinator to support our Operations team at our Head Office in Halifax.


What you will do:


  • Manage the Renovation Manuals and Specifications for all properties in terms of accuracy and completeness;
  • Provide support to Property Managers and their contractors throughout the construction process;
  • Have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Sketch Up along with an ability to adapt to new technologies;
  • Prepare monthly reports on construction schedules;
  • Finding, employing, and managing contractors and subcontractors with the goal of implementing strong standards of workmanship along with fair pricing;
  • Develop drawings to renovate units across Canada with a working understanding of AutoCAD;
  • Attend site visits locally and within the Maritimes and have a general willingness to travel;
  • Provide support for the existing supply chain and establish new supply chains in new markets;
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Who you are:


  • Strong business and communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Drafting, Sketchup and Photoshop experience would be beneficial and some site work is essential;
  • Work well with others, sometimes under pressure;
  • Take initiative and find solutions to different issues and situations;
  • Strong aptitude would be valued over experience;
  • Have a valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.
