    Job Description

  • Coordinate daily workload requirement, prioritize transfer orders by requested ship date, maintain B/O transfer orders and generate hot list for Receivers
  • Coordinate with Planning, Customer Service and Shipping on daily workload capacities
  • Create and move orders into queues using the RF monitor screen within SAP, utilize batch picking process. Re-pick as the stock hits the bin location for picking and assign to Picker
  • Coordinate internal/external picking requests. Best Pack, ASL, picking and shipment of orders
  • Handle rush orders and or customer pick-ups
  • Manage all customers with 100% fill-rate specifications before shipping out
  • Document and communicate all inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Work with Planners on out of stock items to co-ordinate with requested ship date
  • Address Picker issues with the RF system
  • Adhere to customer specifications and communicate to all employees
  • Monitor and back-up to CTC account duties
  • Train all current and new employees on the RF system
  • Train all current and new employees on safety procedures
  • Update the Kronos system (Time and Attendance) as a back-up to the Supervisor
  • Present communications at monthly Distribution Safety Meetings
  • Work with all departments to cross-train and utilize staff to fill daily needs as required
