Goals and Outcomes:· As a sales representative of Paramount, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer acquisition and

management.· Prospecting via cold-calling/ telephone/email· Preparing and presenting proposals· Establishing contracts · Increasing yearly sales targets· Opportunity to move into Outside Sales with car allowance after 6 months.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities· Highly motivated and target driven· Strong negotiation and closing skills· Good networking abilities· Organized· Proven work ethic· Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate benefits of products to customers.· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel· Must be personable, energetic, and enjoy working with people on a daily basis· Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving techniques· Proficiency in both English and Hindi or Punjabi is preferred. · Experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration, restaurant or food service industry a plus
