IE Creation is a leading construction company specializing in renovation and landscaping projects. We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Labourers. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in the construction industry, as no prior experience is required.


Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) in various construction tasks
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment
• Perform general site cleanup and debris removal
• Prepare and maintain work areas by organizing tools and materials
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Learn and develop skills on the job through handson training and guidance from experienced professionals

Requirements:

• No prior experience in the construction industry is necessary; we will provide onthejob training
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
