Summary
- Change Manager with practical experience leading Change Management initiatives for large Transformation projects and direct engagement. with internal stakeholders at all level.
- This individual will work in close partnership with Project Managers to manage change and deliver. the transformation program goals.
- It is a People Change Manager position needing practical experience leading Change Management initiatives for large IT transformation projects.
- Program is Salesforce implementation. Skills required to be successful in this role are,
Deliverables
- Vision and Change case
- Change Management approach and plan.
- Change Impact Assessment
- Training materials/content
- Adoption/engagement activities and plan
- Communications plan: Geared to stakeholders; focused on the change itself, impact, and new way(s) of working.

Soft Skills
- Helpful to have a psychology or similar peopleminded background.

Job Types:

Schedule:
