- Certified or eligible to be certified with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- Acceptable enhanced training in anesthesia (i.e. 3rd year residency in Family Physician Anesthesia)
- Regular or Provisional License with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS) (or eligible to be licensed)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Recommended - Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Valid driver license
- Successful SHA credentialing including but not limited to acceptable reference checks and criminal record check with vulnerable sector
- Current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada

The is looking for a Family Medicine Anesthetist in Weyburn, SK to join an established group of primary care physicians. The incumbent is responsible for providing anesthesia, clinic shifts, outpatient, inpatient, emergency, long-term care, and on-call services, with possible travel to surrounding communities to provide itinerant clinics. Candidates will also have the option to teach residents and medical students completing clinical placements/rotations in Weyburn.
