- Provide first-level technical support to employees for computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
- Monitor system performance and security, and escalate issues when required
- Assist in maintaining internal IT systems and AI-related tools
- Document problems and resolutions for future reference
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers as needed
- Provide guidance and training to staff on IT systems.
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks

- Experience supportingAI tools or internal automation systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for assisting staff
- Ability toprioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests
- Experience withIT asset management and documentation
- Knowledge ofcybersecurity best practicesandsystem security monitoring
