Duties
- Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to enhance their experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Communicate with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings
- Lead and supervise a team of customer success representatives
- Manage projects related to customer success initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights for decisionmaking
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Pay:
$64,436.00-$70,439.00 per year
