Duties

  • Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to enhance their experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Communicate with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings
  • Lead and supervise a team of customer success representatives
  • Manage projects related to customer success initiatives

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights for decisionmaking
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Pay:
$64,436.00-$70,439.00 per year
