Data Center Technician - Montréal, Canada - XCVR

Description

Looking for a few associates to help support the maintenance and operations of our data center. No experience necessary. Computer skills recommended, but most tasks can be taught on the job.


Responsibilities include

• Running cables and managing connections
• Installing and decommissioning of computers on racks
• Receive shipments
• Preventative maintenance on data center equipment
• Inspect equipment for failures in power supplies, cables, and other connections
• Carry out system administration tasks such as software installation/updates and hardware maintenance.
• Perform basic repair of damaged or faulty equipment and devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory of work tools, equipment, devices, and replacement spare parts.

Skills required

• Minimum high school diploma
• Multitasking ability
• Good time management
• English speaking
• General Computer Skills

$16.00 per hour
