What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Performing Mobile Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service.

Qualifications to become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Must be able to go through Control goods clearance
• Must be in Canada for 5+ years.
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work days
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
