We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team as Assistant Residential Rental Property Manager.

If you have experience in residential rental buildings in Greater Vancouver and has the expertise on the following:


  • Provide management direction to onsite staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors and vendors.
  • Regular site visits to ensure properties are maintained in the highest standards.
  • Conduct market surveys and recommend rental rates.
  • Obtain quotes for work and oversee projects.
  • Ability to work effectively with accounting and administrative staff.

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience working in residential property management.
  • With valid driver's license and ability to do site visits.
