Job Summary

This position requires your client-focused sales skills and problem-solving abilities to enhance client interactions. As an RBC ambassador, you play a crucial role in assisting clients with their daily banking needs. You collaborate with RBC partners to help clients reach their objectives, whether it's guiding them through digital banking, welcoming new clients, or making expert referrals. Your expertise contributes to creating significant client experiences that boost satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients in-branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs, providing advice, and identifying sales opportunities
• Focus on client education and use of technology to deliver exceptional experiences, drive sales, and retain business
• Assist clients with financial transactions and respond to their inquiries
• Listen actively to understand clients' individual needs and resolve any banking issues efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities

Requirements for Success

Must-have

• Passion for prioritizing clients, with experience in a hands-on, sales-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to build relationships, and connect with clients effectively
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics, and a drive for success
• Digital literacy across various devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops)
• Availability to work during all business hours

Nice-to-have

• Proven track record in client relationship management within financial or service sectors
• Accreditation in Mutual Funds (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) would be beneficial
