In this role,you'll collaborate with our project management team and our sales teamand take the lead in client communications.In your role as Account Manager, you will be expected to:
Serve as the lead point of contact for clients (both large-scale webdesign and development projects, and ongoing evolution and supportprojects)
Deepen your understanding of Evolving Web's services and strengthsand how we support our clientsUnderstand each client's business modelBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts with new clients and manage contract renewalsDevelop trusted relationships with stakeholdersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of projects according tocustomer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress to clients and to the leadershipteamWork with the sales team to understand client needs and look foropportunities to expand our service offeringForecast and track key account metrics and report on the status of allaccountsAssist with challenging client requests and know when to escalate tothe leadership teamWork on important projects for public sector clients, such as TourismeQuebec, Princeton University and the Government of Canada.
