Order Picker and Packer

Location:
Concord, Ontario

Terms:
Permanent Full-Time

Shift Time:
Weekdays (8:00am to 4:30pm)

Salary:
Competitive, based on experience

Reports to:
Warehouse Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

Work independently to pick, pack and ship orders
Report to Warehouse Management Team
Receive, checkin and put away stock quickly and accurately
Replenish picking locations and unload trailers
Reading Order Sheets and Pick List correctly
Utilizes our internal system to identify rack location of products
Produces order labels and ensures that all pallets and boxes are correctly labeled
Will take photos of packed goods, for documentation purposes
Maintain good housekeeping duties of the warehouse, throughout the day and at the end of the shift
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
Perform all other assigned duties by the Warehouse Supervisor

Professional & Educational Background:

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Ability:

Experience in the freight industry is an asset
Experience with RF Scanner is an asset
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a good command of English in reading and comprehending written and verbal instructions
Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
