The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is seeking a full-time contract (until September 30, 2023) Healthy Relationships Project Coordinator.


Working with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Lakehead University, Western University, local school boards and schools, project partners and the Manager of Family & School Health the Healthy Relationships Project Coordinator will ensure a successful implementation and evaluation of the "Youth Violence Prevention in Thunder Bay & District Project".


Reporting to the Manger of Family & School Health, the Healthy Relationships Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders to plan, coordinate, implement, promote and evaluate the Fourth R Program and locally designed booster session in elementary and secondary schools across Thunder Bay and District.

The Coordinator will develop and maintain productive relationships with local, regional, provincial and federal key stakeholders in order to meet program objectives as well as grant proposal deliverables.

This position is funded from a Public Health Agency of Canada grant until September 30, 2023.
