    Reporting into the SVP of Digital Product & Marketing, The Senior Digital Project Manager ensures the efficient and effective development and delivery of our digital solutions.

    This person will have exceptional project management and communication skills, as well as a proven track record managing concurrent projects - delivering on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

    In addition to project-based work, you will also be a part of an ongoing agency-wide effort to develop best practices and standards for digital project management.

    Lead and manage digital solutions across channels, including web builds, responsive site redesigns, ecommerce, Email, Social and Digital Marketing, etc - from planning through to implementation
    Plan for and prioritize deliverables and resources across all projects, based on scope of work and project goals
    Creation and ownership of project scope, detailed project plans, priorities, deadlines, deliverables, work back schedules, status documents and minutes to meetings in collaboration with team
    Proactively monitor projects to anticipate potential risks and identify solutions
    Propose innovative digital solutions for new projects and efficiencies as part of the business development process
    Ensure changing resource and project requirements are documented, understood, and clearly presented internally and/or to client
    Lead and maintain QA for projects - review and test all deliverables with keen attention to detail and quality
    Ensure strong communication with internal team and/or client to maintain update on status, risks and issues
    Share and implement project management best practices internally
    Manage the integration of vendor responsibilities and track/review vendor deliverables
    Lead internal post-project reviews, analysis and ongoing

    5 years of managing digital projects, integrate agency experience is an asset
    ~ PMP or Project Management Certificate desirable
    ~ Excellent communications skills – comfort level with all levels of management and teams including client liaison and excels in verbal communication/writing skills
    ~ Strong attention to detail with deep technical experience
    ~ Enthusiastic problem-solver who thrives on being engaged, leading and working on both large and small-scale digital projects
    ~ Superior time management skills
    ~ Extremely organized and able to keep multiple projects running on time and on budget
    ~ WordPress and Shopify experience
    ~ Undergraduate or College degree in Business, Advertising, or a technology-related discipline
    ~ Proficient with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Photoshop
