Responsibilities:


Reviewing and evaluating applicant profiles:

He/She should be responsible for thoroughly assessing the academic and personal qualifications of potential students to determine their suitability for admission.

This process may involve analyzing transcripts, test scores, writing essays/SOPs, and letters of recommendation etc.

Exploring colleges and universities:

He/she should be knowledgeable about the programs and offerings of the institutions we are associated with and the institutions that are on our official partner's CRM portal.

He/she should regularly research and update their knowledge of the academic programs.

Creating Study Options Report:

He/she should be responsible for creating a detailed study options report outlining the various study programs and opportunities available for prospective students.

These reports should highlight important factors such as program duration, tuition fees, course content, and potential career outcomes.


  • Comprehending and Abiding by

Reporting Structure:
He/she must fully comprehend the organization's reporting hierarchy and adhere to it strictly.

This involves being aware of their direct and indirect superiors, communicating through appropriate channels, and respecting the decision-making authority of the management.

Understanding the reporting structure better facilitates cooperation, coordination, and collaboration among different departments, leading to a well-organized and harmonious work environment.


  • Active Participation in Meetings, Reviews, and

Feedback Sessions:

He/she must actively participate in regular meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions as part of the company's reporting structure.

This duty encompasses not only attending such sessions but also contributing valuable insights, openly discussing concerns and challenges, and seeking constructive feedback on their performance.

Engaging proactively in these activities demonstrates the employee's commitment to continual improvement and alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


  • Establishing agency relationships with schools and colleges, both inside and outside Canada. This includes effectively researching, identifying, and connecting with educational institutions and establishing associations with them.
