Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility.

The Medical Spa Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional spa experience.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of Medical Spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, sales, facility maintenance
• Hiring, Supervising and training staff to ensure highquality service delivery
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of spa operations
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
• Oversee payroll administration and budgeting processes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and attract new customers
• Stay updated on industry trends and market competition to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Medispa industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests
• Knowledge of Medical Spa treatments, products, and equipment
• Familiarity with cashiering procedures and pointofsale systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
