Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team.
This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed such as weed pulling, line trimming and lawns are cut in a good condition.
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed
- Maintain equipment inventory and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive a pickup truck and trailer

Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
