Bayshore Home Care Solution in Windsor is looking for an On Call Nurse to join our amazing team.

What you'll be doing:

As an On Call Nurse, you will be expected to be available to cover visits in the community from 7pm until 7am Sunday through Friday. You will make a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of home nursing care to our clients. This includes, but not limited to, palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.

We believe in a holistic approach to care and as the primary care planner you will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and client family members, while maintaining our industry's highest level of practice.

You are the care expert for your community. With our efficient work schedules, you will be focused more on care-time and less travel time.


This position comes with the following:

Salary:
$70,000/year for a minimum number of hours (discussed more at interview)

Hours of Work:


7pm-7am Sunday through Friday
Qualifications - External

Qualifications you already have:
Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Minimum of 2 doses of Covid-19 Vaccines
Updated Immunization Records, Clear criminal background check and a clean vulnerable sector check upon hire

Job Qualification


Positions open to
RPNs/ LPNs who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
