Who is a General Manager?
A General Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable facility that must have a great club culture. Along with this, the General Manager will maintain a clean, professional and safe environment.

Job Summary:


  • Ensure a high level of member retention
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Operate the club within budget
  • Interview and provide basic on boarding to thirdparty vendors
  • Use best practices to ensure that our members stay happy and thrilled with our services
  • Passion for Fitness
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Seasoned coaching skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Previous experience with hiring and training
  • A post secondary degree is recommended but a drive to succeed is essential
  • CPR certification required within 3 months of employment
  • Must be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility
