YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Communicate effectively with guests, building a rapport and problem solving any issues that may arise
  • Promote and secure guest room bookings utilizing sales and customer service techniques
  • Oversee the Housekeeping and Guest Services teams, providing coaching and training for a superior customer service experience
  • Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure a safe and clean experience for hotel guests, employees and members of the public
  • Work with the General Manager to establish and discuss budgets as well as hotel rooms operational requirements
  • Conduct inventory and purchase required supplies in accordance with purchasing processes
  • Foster a positive work environment and supportive culture by living our Purpose, Vision and Values for the team and our guests
  • Other duties as assigned

YOU HAVE:


  • Postsecondary education in hotel management or related discipline
years' experience within the hotel industry
years' experience in a supervisory/managerial position

  • Experience with Property Management System (PMS) software
  • Positive, outgoing and friendly team player
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
