I am looking for someone very detail oriented in Illustrator.
This is a relatively technical job, as the tracing will be used as a preliminary step to create cuts in a 3D terrain and to separate roads, different textures, and other surface elements.
Therefore, I need someone:
With solid experience in Illustrator and professional tracing. It is essential that connections are perfectly clean and that there are no unnecessary anchor points.
There is a specific workflow to follow in order to simplify the process. It is not complex, but it requires precision and cleanliness. I will provide an Illustrator file with a previously designed airport as a reference.
For example, for the roads, straight lines must be created first and then offset should be applied so that the width remains perfectly consistent on both sides.
After that, Pathfinder Unite can be used, and contact areas should be shaped into curves using Illustrator's path tools.
I can guide or assist throughout the process as needed. Good communication and frequent updates are important. My expectation is to complete the project in approximately two weeks.
An Illustrator file containing an airport map will be provided, and the following is required:
Create lines that separate zones and texture changes, for example pavement, grass, etc.
Draw the runway and taxiway decals.
For this, it is recommended to use the offset tool and the previously created centerlines used to design the runways and taxiways.
Please send a similar previous project. Applications without relevant examples will not be considered.Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
