Reporting directly to the Bombardier Business Aircraft Quality Assurance organization, the QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Assurance (QA) function remains aware and aligned with regulatory requirements, its internal customer and business needs.

He is equally responsible for assessing the site's adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS).

As a Central Team member and in collaboration with the Onsite QA Analysts, you form a community with a common objective:
to make Bombardier's QMS the best in class, characterized by its cost efficiency, ease of use and capability.

In your role, you will:

Develop, control and continuously improve QMS content
Identify, centralize & leverage best QA practices
Assess the need and manage the impact of QMS changes to the site's operations
Go & see the site's operations to grasp the situation beyond a proposed solution
Support QMS change implementation
Provide QMS technical support to QA community, to the users of the QMS and to the Onsite Quality Analysts

Qualifications

You possess experience in Quality Management Systems
You possess experience in Manufacturing Systems
You possess experience in Quality Control
You possess experience in Continuous Improvement
You have a strong customer focus
You are skilled at influencing and mobilizing others
You possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience
You possess a college degree or equivalent
You are functional in using the Microsoft Office suite
