Description

As the Collections Specialist you are responsible for managing collections for a portfolio of accounts. This role calls for time management skills, your passion for solving problems and exceptional communication skills.

Perform outbound calls to collect past due arrears
Understanding of basic accounting principles and proven collection work experience
Respond to inquiries regarding delinquent accounts
Reconcile customer accounts on a regular basis, review and resolve billing related issues
25+ years of working in Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work proactively
Understanding of basic accounting principles and proven collection work experience
25+ years of working in Collections/ Accounts Receivable experience
