Description

Our client is seeking an seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in manufacturing to lead transformative projects within their organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP implementations, particularly in Finance/HR or the Procurement (Back office) modules.

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects with a focus on manufacturing processes, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations to align SAP solutions with business requirements, driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Finance, HR, and Procurement departments to understand their unique needs, ensuring a seamless integration of SAP solutions into their daily operations.
• Apply expertise in transformational projects, guiding teams through change management processes and ensuring successful adoption of new SAP functionalities.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with SAP implementations in a manufacturing context and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure their alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, specifically in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in Finance/HR or Procurement (Back office) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in leading SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage and mitigate risks associated with SAP projects.
