As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), your role involves:

Leading exercise and mobility sessions for Ambulatory Care clients needing activity-based treatment.
Working under clinical supervision to ensure interventions align with healthcare plans.
Reviewing care plans and creating activation plans tailored to each client.
Collaborating with the care team to integrate exercise interventions.
Providing individualized exercise prescriptions based on clients' needs.
Offering mobilization support and teaching safe movement techniques.
Educating and counseling clients on health and lifestyle choices.
