Job Duties & Responsibilities

Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
Provide quotes and sell/upsell new policies to clients
Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
Commit to selfdevelopment through internal training and industry education

Qualifications:

Willing to pursue insurance license coursework and successfully complete Level 1 general insurance exam, with financial support upon hire
2+ years of customer service experience and/or other related experience
Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
