Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated kitchen staff.

An individual with experience in a fast pace environment, leadership qualities, organisational skills, a team player who can delegate and lead a kitchen team throughout a successful supper rush, someone who can excel in stressful environments, meticulous in food hygiene and safety.

Basic knowledge in frying, grilling, pizza dough stretching & tossing, pans for pastas, salads, sandwiches and burgers, food preparation, smoked meat cutting and more.

We ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME Nights and Weekends

Requirements:

Have a high level of cleanliness to ensure the kitchen is kept above the standard of Hygiene and Safety Regulations
Preparing and Stocking stations
Preparing food/sauces/salads
Working on Grill and Pans
Ensure sufficient stock and inventory for the kitchen
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere
Ensure ALL stations are clean
Extensive knowledge of our dishes
Various shifts available Day / Evening / Weekends
Selfmotivated, reliable and grow as a team
