    Overview

At KPMG, you'll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

Picture a workplace where legal expertise transforms into creative disruption. At KPMG Law, we challenge norms and spark new possibilities—asking "Why not?" and "What if?" every single day. We're cultivating a bold, visionary team that fuses law, tax, and advisory, forging impact far beyond traditional boundaries. Here, you'll join sharp, inventive minds passionate about driving change—for our clients, for each other, and for the future of Canadian business. At KPMG Law, you're not just joining a firm—you're joining a movement to redefine what's possible. Let's build something extraordinary, together.

As the Marketing Manager for KPMG Law, you'll be at the heart of a fast-moving, collaborative team, shaping and executing integrated marketing and knowledge initiatives at a national scale. You'll partner closely with the National Marketing Director and regional teams, crafting bold strategies that elevate the KPMG Law brand, forge deeper client relationships, and accelerate growth. This role calls for a digital‑first thinker, a creative strategist, and a hands‑on leader, ready to thrive in a vibrant, dynamic environment where every project is an opportunity to reinvent.

    What you will do

    • Ignite Digital & Content Excellence: Launch digital marketing campaigns that don't just land—they resonate. Develop bold, original thought leadership and keep KPMG Law's digital presence fresh, vibrant, and always a step ahead. From social to email, your creative spark will ensure every touchpoint inspires action.
    • Champion Collaboration & Relationships: Build and nurture dynamic partnerships with Partners, Service Line leads, and marketing visionaries across the firm and around the globe. Your knack for forging genuine connections will amplify our impact across functions, industries, and continents.
    • Lead Projects That Leave a Mark: Orchestrate standout events, innovative sponsorships, and industry‑shaping webinars. Manage every detail of legal ranking submissions and national conferences, making KPMG Law's brand impossible to ignore. Jump into special projects that push boundaries and redefine what's possible.
    • Decode Markets & Uncover Opportunity: Track the pulse of the Canadian legal ecosystem and beyond. Transform data and campaign insights into strategies that fuel smarter decisions and accelerate growth. Your analytical edge will help KPMG Law set the pace, not just keep up.

What you bring to the role

    • 7-10 years' experience in marketing within a national or global organization, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
    • Diploma or undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing or a related field.
    • Demonstrable success in activating multi‑channel marketing programs, with emphasis on digital and social, and leveraging metrics for analysis.
    • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven project management skills, with the ability to secure buy‑in from diverse stakeholders.
    • Ability to understand complex/technical matters and translate them into client‑relevant marketing activities.
    • Experience identifying key industry and client information (trends, issues, data, opportunities) and presenting marketing perspectives to meet strategic goals.
    • Digital‑first strategic thinker with experience in content creation, storytelling, digital media, social media best practices, and search.
    • Collaborative team player with experience in a matrixed environment.
    • Growth mindset, strategic and creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Experience in analyzing and drawing insights from external research and business data.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking colleagues or stakeholders nationally in our English speaking provinces while at KPMG.
