Machine Operation:
Operate glass tempering machinery according to established procedures and safety protocols.

Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality throughout the tempering process, making adjustments as necessary to meet specifications and quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery, and implement safety measures to protect personnel and equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs performed, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings, and collaborate with management to implement changes.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as required.
Comfortable working in a noisy, fastpaced manufacturing environment, with exposure to temperature variations, dust, and chemical fumes.
Manual dexterity and handeye coordination to operate tools and manipulate small parts with precision.
Will train
