Description
fulfill daily just-in-time & planned production orders.

  • Submit purchase requisitions for inventory raw material and production supplies.
  • Schedule assembly and ensure orders are completed as per due date for both morning and evening shifts.
  • Assign daily tasks and target to machine/assembly operators.
  • Validate quality by checking tolerances and ensuring product is being produced according to drawings.
  • Train and support new operators.
  • Schedule and maintain production schedule for blanket, discreet & intercompany orders.
  • Actively monitor inventory and utilize materials when possible.
  • Troubleshoot machines during production and schedule maintenance for all the machines to avoid downtime.
  • Coordinate in bound and out bound material when required.
  • Arranging trucks for shipments when required.
  • Support shipper/ receiver with organizing stock material.
  • Act as the point of contact for administration and provide updates when required.
  • Support the manufacturing department when required.
  • Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Help maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
  • Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements, implementing change.
