Job summary
The Senior Specialist is responsible for the independent review and analysis of listing notifications and submissions pertaining to various transactions of Exchange-listed issuers.Responsibilities
- Review applications and/or proposals made by Listed Issuers, approve transactions and/or further actions where appropriate, and communicate decisions to the management of Listed Issuers and/or their advisors.
- Prepare written memos outlining a summary of an applicant's submissions, issues and waiver requests, analysis, and recommendation (when a policy waiver or discretion is required).
