    Job description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team in the Oakville area as a Customer Service Representative. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in this role or similar please apply directly to this ad.

    Responsibilities:

    Comfortable with handling phone calls in a professional, courteous manner

    Manage emails efficiently

    Some background in Transportation, Logistics is a bonus

    Able to work independently

    Initiative in learning few functions

    Comfortable with warehouse environment as few duties require them to be on the dock to check freight (no heavy lifting required).

    Shift – 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri on site – no remote.

    Might need coverage for stat holidays and might need to stay until 5pm OR start at 6am if needed.

    Must have 3+ years experience in Customer Service/ office role.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $23.46-$24.00 per hour
