If you share our values and would like to work with skilled professionals, Armour is presently seeking a
Property Manager to join our growing team from our downtown Halifax location.

Reporting to the VP, Real Estate Management, the Property Manager will lead the day-to-day management of a growing portfolio of commercial and retail assets in the HRM.

This requires strong EQ, an interest in learning, and a good dose of common sense.

As a Property Manager, you'll get to:

Provides supervision to building staff
Involved in all aspects of daytoday operations of the property
Oversee accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, and snow removal.
Handle tenant complaints and service requests, and become familiar with the terms of tenant leases.
Prepare analysis and reporting on variances to budget, and financial performance for a portfolio of properties.
Enhance the services and operations of the properties, and share your recommendations with your manager.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience managing a team
Exposure to the daily operations of a residential, commercial, or retail property
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Effective, precise communicator with an ability to accurately distribute a message/memo in an efficient and effective manager.
Exemplary understanding of and commitment to confidentiality.
Prior experience with terms of tenant leases is an asset
