Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will code and configure solutions using multiple tools and technologies while meeting code quality targets.

  • You will help translate Business Requirements into Solution Requirements and Technical design. This may include working directly with the Business to gain a complete understanding of their request to ensure the end solution meets their needs with mínimal design defects.

  • You can demonstrate. 3 + years of experience in PEGA and Java/J2EE Design and Development. (Any experience with Pega V8 is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge in implementing various PRPC components like Case Management, Data pages, Business rules
  • Activities, Data transforms, Declarative and Decision rules, Validation, Correspondence, SLA, Tickets, Standard /Advanced Agents
  • Strong knowledge on designing, building and maintaining Pega class structures
  • Good working knowledge on integrations with external systems including SOAP/REST APIs
  • Good knowledge in working with Connect-SQL, Connect-SOAP, Connect-REST, Service-SOAP, Service-REST, Service-File, Service-MQ. Knowledge on how authentication works is an asset
  • Experience is developing complex reports using report definition, subreports and Summary reports.
  • Experience with using Pega frameworks e.g PEGA-CDH, Smart Dispute or other banking frameworks is a plus
  • Strong Knowledge on database related activities, writing Select, Update, Insert queries and Joins
  • Experience in migration and infrastructure upgrade projects. Experience in Pega upgrades from V6 to V7 or V7 to V8 is a plus
  • Pega Cloud experience is an additional bonus
  • Experience with any other Business Rule Management Systems or Decision Engine Software is an asset.
