- Prime objective is to assist sprinkler division in all administrative tasks associated with the day-to-day operation of the branch
- Scheduling fire service technicians for emergency service calls/repairs as requests arise
- Coordinating with preferred subcontractors
- Assist in invoicing
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer service excellence
- Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Field request from customers for service calls
- Contact customers to pre-arrange services
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency
- Experience scheduling or coordinating service personnel will be considered a strong asset
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- Good Customer Service skills
- 2 year diploma in secretarial/administration or business program or equivalent work experience preferred
- Industry Experience Preferred
- Previous experience in contracting service scheduling
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset
