    Nature & Scope

  • Prime objective is to assist sprinkler division in all administrative tasks associated with the day-to-day operation of the branch
  • Scheduling fire service technicians for emergency service calls/repairs as requests arise
  • Coordinating with preferred subcontractors
  • Assist in invoicing
  • Strive to maintain the highest level of customer service excellence
  • Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
  • Field request from customers for service calls
  • Contact customers to pre-arrange services
  • Other administrative tasks as required
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency
  • Experience scheduling or coordinating service personnel will be considered a strong asset
  • Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • 2 year diploma in secretarial/administration or business program or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Industry Experience Preferred
  • Previous experience in contracting service scheduling
  • Mechanical aptitude is an asset
