Be physically fit, able to lift 30 pounds and more:
Have own transportation/ride to and from location
Previous greenhouse experience is an asset:
- Cleaning and transplanting plants
- Prepare and pack product for shipping
- Move/space/sort product as required
- Assist in all areas of production as needed
- Maintain a clean/tidy safe environment
- Follow directions given from all Supervisors/Lead Hands
Working Conditions:
- High physical effort is required (bending, twisting, lifting, walking)
- Work is normally performed in the greenhouse and retail areas
- Field work
- Temperatures can be cool/hot and humid
- Full weeks with long hours
- Weekends and holidays required when necessary to meet business/customer requirements
Salary:
From $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Benefits:
- Onsite parking
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
