Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Parts Person to join our team.

As a Parts Person, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient supply chain and providing exceptional customer service.

This position requires experience in parts procurement, inventory management, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Procure parts and materials from various suppliers to support dealership operations
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments
Utilize computer systems to track orders, update inventory, and generate reports
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their needs
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of parts
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or HVAC industry is preferred
Proficiency in using forklifts and other material handling equipment
Strong knowledge of parts procurement processes and supply chain management
Ability to negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong problemsolving abilities to identify parts based on customer descriptions or specifications

Pay:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
