Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Duties:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and resolving issues
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive repair or dealership setting
- Strong cash handling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
