Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:


  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments and resolving issues
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers
  • Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive repair or dealership setting
  • Strong cash handling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to upsell products or services to customers
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
  • Sales experience is a plus
