We are looking for a Leasing agent to manage the leasing of our properties.

The position will include completing move in and move out inspections on units, writing sales copy for online advertisements, developing leads, and closing sales.

We are looking for someone who is organized and excels in sales. This position requires quick thinking/learning. You must be quick to follow up on incoming leads. You must be collaborative and open to learning new paths to success.

You must be able to learn a new property quickly and be able to articulate it to a potential tenant/management team with ease and use the same quick learning skills to assist in the onboarding of new tenants.

You will need to use your instincts to assess the quality of tenants for bringing them into the Peartree group, booking viewings, and for recommendations on if they would be good tenants.


Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to leads
  • Managing the existing relationships with current clients
  • Scheduling viewings/walkthroughs
  • Building your own lead pipeline
  • Setting up your functional calendar for online viewing bookings
  • Showing units
  • Offering feedback on unit and potential tenants
  • Completing move out and move in surveys using our provided inspection tools
Who Are You?

You are a well-spoken organized sales professional who is looking for a lucrative full-time position. You have experience in sales and are looking to further your career. You must be tech savvy and onboard information quickly. Must possess strong ethics and common sense.


Desired skills and backgrounds:

  • Background in real estate/property management/contacting (not required but would be beneficial)
  • Comfort with Microsoft works suite.
  • Comfort with new apps and programs
  • Reliable transportation and clean driver abstract
  • Wellspoken/written (both official languages desired)
  • History in sales/customer service a must
  • Detail oriented
  • Willing to work a shifted schedule (Tuesday-Saturday 106 and/or 117)

Salary:
$38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
