Responsibilities:
- Maintaining kitchen, lounge areas and meeting rooms, including setup/cleanup and cleaning of dishes;
- Adhering to firm guidelines on cleaning, ensures best practices and service standards are being met;
- Utilizing meeting room booking tool (Rendezvous) to pull daily reports, input and track costs/budgets and confirm food and beverage services are arranged as per client requirements;
- Monitoring stock levels, replenishing kitchen & pantry supplies, maintaining storage rooms/areas and placing supply orders as required;
- Under guidance of Lead, placing daily catering and special event orders;
- Flexible to meet last minute requests, including sourcing from local stores/markets when necessary
- Ensuring a positive client experience; responding to client requests and inquiries and acting quickly to solve problems;
- Assisting Client Services and Event Team with event preparation and set up as needed;
- Providing assistance to others during absences as needed; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalency;
- A designation is not required;
- 13 years of relevant experience within a professional services environment;
- Proficiency in rolespecific software, including Rendezvous, DM; and
- Solid written & verbal communication skills, a selfstarter with a strong work ethic, and a team player with excellent client service skills.
