To support our continued growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Manager to join our team.


The Service Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, providing expert advice on vehicle services, and overseeing a team of service advisors and automotive technicians.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, accurately assessing their vehicle service needs.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on required mechanical services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and tire replacements.
  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of service requests.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of service advisors and automotive technicians, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, providing updates on service progress, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs or costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences to customers.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with automotive software and systems.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
