To support our continued growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Manager to join our team.

The Service Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, providing expert advice on vehicle services, and overseeing a team of service advisors and automotive technicians.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, accurately assessing their vehicle service needs.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on required mechanical services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and tire replacements.
Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of service requests.
Supervise and mentor a team of service advisors and automotive technicians, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
Maintain effective communication with customers, providing updates on service progress, estimated completion times, and any additional repairs or costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences to customers.
Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with automotive software and systems.
Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
