Are you passionate about digital marketing and would like to work in a dynamic and fun environment? This leading Atlantic Canadian restaurant franchisor with over 70 locations is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager.


Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager is a key part of the marketing team creating and managing the National digital marketing elements in collaboration with the marketing team and external suppliers.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all digital marketing projects within the brand to increase revenue, market share and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media platform management
  • Develop content calendars and ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).


  • Content creation

  • Lead content creation efforts for all social media channels, leveraging both inhouse and external resources to craft innovative and engaging posts.
  • Community management: Actively engage with followers across social media and review platforms, promptly responding to comments and inquiries to foster a vibrant online community


  • Website management

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain, update, and enhance the company website, ensuring optimal user experience and search engine visibility (SEO). Provide backup support for online ordering systems and thirdparty aggregators.
  • Support National advertising campaigns
  • Translate national advertising campaigns into impactful digital strategies, maximizing online exposure and engagement.

  • Manage relationships with external partners to optimize SEM campaigns and drive targeted traffic to company platforms. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

Profile

  • Outstanding communication and writing skills, essential for crafting compelling digital content and engaging with online audiences effectively.
  • 35 years of handson experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing directtoconsumer digital strategies tailored for small businesses, showcasing adaptability and creativity in achieving marketing objectives.
  • Strong expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and familiarity with web traffic analytics tools, enabling strategic optimization of online content and campaigns for maximum visibility and impact.
  • Proficiency in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), including Google Ads and other PPC (Pay-PerClick) platforms, with experience in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) or similar analytics platforms, proficient in interpreting data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in managing external partners such as web agencies, developers, and printers, ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
  • A collaborative team player with strong leadership qualities, comfortable working in a dynamic, crossfunctional environment to achieve collective goals.
  • Agile mindset focused on delivering quick, measurable results, adept at adapting strategies based on data insights and market dynamics.
