The impact you will have:

The
Reporting Analyst, PMO role focuses on creating reports and visualizations to convey data-driven insights, translating business requirements for accurate reporting, and handling financial activities using advanced tools.

The position involves working with diverse data sources, resolving issues, and presenting insights to leadership.

This role is hybrid with the expectation of working in the office 2 to 4 times per month.

What you will do:

Builds reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data driven insights to users for a variety of audiences e.g., visualization solutions of data into reports, graphics, dashboards to illustrate facts and insights.
Gather and translate business requirements from Internal Teams for building accurate reports and dashboards that drive decision making.
Delivers weekly/monthly financial close. Uses financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets. Outputs plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.
Works with variety of data sources, identifies incomplete or inaccurate data, perform root cause analysis on data issues, escalates discrepancies, fixes data where possible and partners with various stakeholder to deliver solutions.
Create Contractor/Consultant in SAP System.
Perform monthend activities to Support Professional/Partner Services.
Ability to effectively present data driven insights to a leadership.

What you bring to the table:

1-2 years of data analysis experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.
Strong work ethic, detail oriented, willingness to learn.
Experience with business intelligence software (Microsoft Power BI) preferred.
Advanced excel skills with exposure to complex data analysis.
Salesforce/Financial Force Experience in building out Reporting.
Effective communication skills both oral and written.
Strong analytical problemsolving skills with sound business judgement.
Strong PowerPoint and communication skills.
Ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment.
