We are seeking an Infection Prevention and Control Manager- RN/RPN- Temporary Full Time. The ideal candidate has passion for 'Making Every Moment Matter' with strong moral compass. He/She should be able to lead surveillance education auditing outbreak preparedness/response in public health unit collaboration.
  • Ensure IPAC roles responsibilities accountabilities are clearly defined communicated supported coaching monitoring.
  • Maintain inspection-ready documentation program materials meeting minutes action plans evidence follow-up.
The manager reports to Director of Care responsible Home organized IPAC program including surveillance education auditing outbreak preparedness/response ensuring program delivery meets regulatory requirements aligns Ontario's IPAC Standard for Long-Term Care Homes Public Health Ontario PIDAC-IPC best practice guidance in collaboration local public health unit.
