Job summary
We are seeking a highly aggressive results-driven Rent Collection Specialist to manage tenant outreach and delinquent account recovery through our property management system.This role is not passive. You must be comfortable applying consistent pressure following strict timelines pursuing payment relentlessly.
- Call email text tenants daily through our property management system Collect current rent recover delinquent balances Perform high-volume cold calling using Microsoft Teams call link Clearly communicate payment expectations deadlines consequences Ensure evictions filed after day each month via the property management system when required Continue persistent outreach after eviction filing until rent paid Accurately report delinquency status payment outcomes each month Follow internal scripts escalation procedures compliance guidelines
