They help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well.

Our Clerks inspire our customers through delightful conversation and knowledge of products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
To produce quality bakery products following standard mixing, makeup, fabricating and finishing procedures according to production lists;
To assist in the ordering of supplies for the department;
To assist in the training of new parttime staff;
To ensure the sanitation and safety of the department meets with company standards;
To maintain quality standards as required in Fortinos Instore Bakery;
To perform other duties, as assigned.
Exceptional customer service skills
Minimum of 2 years' experience, as a qualified Baker, preferably in a retail environment;
Must be flexible to work a variety of hours which include, days, evening and night shifts, including weekends;
We are looking for a responsible and dependable individual;
Ability to work independently, achieving work objectives;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
